Ryan leads SurgiCalendar with a clear purpose: to help people by simplifying scheduling and empowering care through the use of smarter technology and thoughtful AI utilization. His leadership philosophy centers on listening first—learning directly from the people who deliver care every day—and turning those insights into solutions that remove barriers, reduce noise, and restore focus to what matters most: the patient.
Before joining SurgiCalendar, Ryan held senior leadership roles at Netsmart Technologies and Lavender & Wyatt Systems, Inc., where he drove product innovation and largescale system modernization across the healthcare landscape. His career reflects a consistent theme: partner with customers, understand their challenges, and build technology that truly serves them.
